COSTIMO Co., Ltd. ("the Company") handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy explains what we collect on this website and why.
1. Purpose
- Quotes, product inquiries and cooking-test bookings: reviewing your request and replying
- Firmware Center accounts: checking that you are a COSTIMO customer (product ID), login, providing firmware
- Security: preventing misuse and blocking abnormal access

3. Retention
- Inquiries: 3 years from receipt
- Firmware Center accounts: until you ask us to delete the account; unapproved requests 1 year

6. Deletion
Information is deleted without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be restored.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time, including closing a Firmware Center account, by contacting the privacy officer below.
8. Security measures
- Passwords are stored with one-way encryption.
- Only approved administrators can use the admin pages; repeated failed logins are blocked.
- Configuration and data files containing personal information cannot be opened from the web.
9. Cookies
We only use a session cookie to keep you logged in to the Firmware Center. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
