• A Firmware Center account is created when the Company approves your request after confirming you are a COSTIMO customer.
• Requests with false or unverifiable information may be refused or cancelled.
• You may ask us to close your account at any time.

2. Use of firmware

• Firmware may only be used to update COSTIMO products you own.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify or pass firmware to others.
• Follow the installation instructions on the website. Firmware for gas and electrical safety components is updated only by COSTIMO engineers.

3. Your obligations

• Do not use another person's details or enter false information.
• Keep your password safe and do not let others use your account.
• Do not disrupt the service or infringe the Company's intellectual property.

4. Copyright

All text, photos, videos, logos and catalogs on this website belong to the Company and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or by the user. Product information may change without notice; please confirm specifications with us when requesting a quote.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office.
